Frequently Asked Questions

We never have – and we never will! All of our employees work for us directly and are covered under our insurance policies. Our men are hired and brought up through our training process to ensure that the traditions and ideals of quality, honesty and hard-work are passed down from our leadership.

Our average residential roofing job can be completed in two-three working days. Special situations including large homes, roofs of a great pitch, roofs with many facets and inclement weather can add additional time.

Replacing a roof is major construction to your home.  Luckily with our own crews we can ensure the proper measures will be taken to adequately protect your home.  Special considerations include large windows, screen enclosures, pools, A/C units, solar panels and brick or paver driveways. Tarps are also placed around the areas being torn off to catch loose debris.

No. We have all of our own dump trucks and equipment.  Whatever type of roofing material you have on your home now we will tear it off and dispose of it on a daily basis.  We pride ourselves on keeping a clean job-site – if at all possible we like to leave your home looking as good or better than when we began work.

We offer the best warranties in the industry because we do quality work with top of the line materials and crews that are second to none. Warranties will vary depending on the type of roofing material we use. Please ask your representative for more information about your specific situation.

Absolutely not!  In order to become contractual we require a small down payment.  Upon completion of the project and your utmost satisfaction with our work we will deliver a release of lien, warranties and accept payment once the work is complete.

Every situation is different, but we can generally complete a residential roofing job with minimal disruption to your life. Before we begin the project your representative will walk around with you to discuss any special considerations.
